Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account on the Unomage platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.

If you are accepting these terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity. In that case, "you" refers to that entity.

2. Description of service

Unomage is an AI-powered blog post generation and publishing platform. The service allows you to:

• Generate blog posts using artificial intelligence based on your content configuration
• Review, approve, and edit generated posts before publishing
• Automatically publish approved posts to a connected WordPress website
• Manage content strategy, schedules, author voices, and SEO settings

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the service. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Plans

We offer paid subscription plans as described on our pricing page. Plan features and credit allowances are defined at the time of purchase and may be updated with notice.

Credits

Each subscription plan includes a monthly credit allowance. Credits are consumed when generating blog posts. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Payment is processed by Stripe. By providing payment details you authorise us to charge the applicable fee on each renewal date.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to the service until the period ends. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

Price changes

We will give you at least 30 days notice before increasing the price of your current plan. Continued use of the service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Taxes

Prices are displayed exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g. VAT). The applicable tax rate is determined by your billing address and will be shown at checkout.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to generate, publish, or distribute content that:

• Infringes any intellectual property rights of any third party
• Is defamatory, harassing, hateful, or discriminatory
• Contains misinformation or deliberate deception that could harm individuals or public health
• Promotes illegal activities
• Violates the terms of any platform you publish to (e.g. your WordPress hosting provider)
• Is spam or unsolicited commercial content

You also agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the service
• Use automated means (other than the service itself) to interact with the platform
• Attempt to exceed plan limits by technical means

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Content ownership and intellectual property

Your content

You retain ownership of all input data you provide to the service (keywords, briefs, brand information, author voices). You grant us a limited licence to use this data solely to provide the service to you.

Generated content

Blog posts and other content generated by the service on your behalf are owned by you. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over AI-generated output produced from your inputs.

Our intellectual property

The Unomage platform, brand, software, and all underlying technology remain the exclusive property of Unomage sp. z o.o. These terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the service.

7. AI-generated content disclaimer

Content generated by the service is produced by artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies, errors, or outdated information. You are solely responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing it.

We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is original, factually accurate, free of plagiarism, or suitable for your specific use case. You should review generated content for accuracy and compliance with applicable laws before publishing.

We are not liable for any consequences arising from publishing AI-generated content without adequate review.

8. Third-party services

The service integrates with third-party platforms including WordPress, Telegram, Google, Apple, and Stripe. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms of service.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services. We do not guarantee that integrations will remain available if those third parties change their APIs or terms.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

• You materially breach these terms and fail to remedy the breach within 7 days of notice
• We are required to do so by law
• Continued provision of the service to you creates legal or security risk

On termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Generated content stored in your account will be deleted within 30 days. Billing and consent records are retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that AI-generated content will meet your expectations or requirements.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Unomage sp. z o.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Unomage sp. z o.o. and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the service; (b) content you publish using the service; or (c) your violation of these terms or applicable law.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland.

If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you may also benefit from any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

EU consumers may also use the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and update the effective date at the top of this page at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
